The Cat Chronicles Day 25: Feeling Frisky

I’m in a frisky mood today.

It makes it very hard to stay… focused.

Hmm… the wrinkly one is still in bed. I could wake her, but…

I have an even better idea!

Timing is essential…

Mrahaha! Ninja kitty strikes! Oh, that was good!

Of course, I wisely decide to stay hidden under the comfy spot for a while. I don’t think the wrinkly one was very amused, and my backside was nice and safe from her wrathful paws under there.

After taking a little catnap under the comfy place, I decided it was probably safe to come out, and I found that the wrinkly one’s kit had come to visit.

Mmm… she isn’t so bad. She smells of the spotted queen, and it seems the spotted queen has trained her well. She knows how to treat a feline.

…What’s so funny, wrinkly one? Have you ever caught the magic red light, hmm?

The spotted queen’s two-legger tired of quickly of the red light as soon as the wrinkly one brought her a food dish. Since it did not smell pleasantly of meat, I instead started sniffing the air for the familiar scent of my spotted friend.

Sure enough, the wrinkly one’s kit was not without her feline. There she was, enjoying herself with my plaything, looking very much the attractive huntress.

I told the spotted queen I had a very cozy den all to myself, away from the two-leggers, and I could show it to her, if she would like.

She was quite keen on the idea.

We headed inside…

…And proceeded to… have fun in the best way possible.

I told her she could snuggle up with me in my den, but she said it was a bit too wet outside for her liking and she wanted to head back inside. I thought it was rather cozy myself, but… what your mate wants, she gets.

…I even let her have the top.

Though I obviously love cats, I actually don't own one! (Blame my apartment lease for that!) I do have a charming old cockatiel, Kali, that has been my companion for the last seventeen years!

Aww, so they did get together. In a cat-sort-of-way. The spotted kitten did become a very beautiful queen. And Shadow is a gentleman!

    • She’s actually kind of a sort of unfortunately-game-generated cat, but I find her cute in that way that ugly dogs are cute… her squished face and wrinkly sort of body and lack of tail, the whole package just sort of goes together in a “Daaaaaaw, look at that adorable ugly cat!” sort of way. (Which makes me even more shocked that for a game-generated cat, Shadow turned out the way he did, heh).

He does have such a gentlemanly side.
