About Mastress Alita

I'm a fulltime librarian, a chronic migraineur, a tea addict, and an avid Simmer that writes SimLit and maintains the Stories and Legacies Index, a link directory of SimLit on Wordpress. Though I obviously love cats, I actually don't own one! (Blame my apartment lease for that!) I do have a charming old cockatiel, Kali, that has been my companion for the last seventeen years!

    • Somehow a Shiba Inu just seemed fitting for a Japanese garden. I really wish my town had a proper cherry blossoming (Hana Matsuri) because I’ve always wanted to see cherry trees in bloom like that too!

At least next week I’ll get to go to a Japanese garden, the one in Portland, Oregon, which I have fond memories of visiting as a child!

I realised a zen garden long time ago using the sims 3 but unfortunately I lost it and even the pictures. I even put a giant Hontei .

    • I love Japanese gardens! My friend and I are big fans of Japanese culture, and if there is a Japanese garden at a place we are vacationing, we tend to visit; each one is a bit different! They are so serene and have such a unique aestetic.

I don’t like everything in Japan, some stuffs of their cultures annoy me but Gardens are indeed one the best of them and one I would love to visit someday. There are some in my country but as well not where I live. Here we rather like palm trees (yerk). They are zen . Their aestetic is heaven.
