Thanks. This was my first try at an MtF Sim in TS3, which is a bit tricky (no nice gender options like TS4 has) so it took quite a bit of mods/sliders to get a result I was happy with.

It did. The tricky thing is I wanted either a padded bra or post-op look, which meant I needed some feminine body characteristics, but I wanted to keep a male facial bone structure. The game doesn’t really have a good way to do this. Pick female and you get a female body AND face, likewise same for male. There is a mod that allows you to equip clothing from the opposite gender, but since the body meshes don’t match, the neck won’t align properly to the head doing this. Thankfully I found a neck mod and some sliders that helped with this problem, and using the hair I did helped camoflage the area even better. I used sliders to help make the feminine body that came with the clothes appear a bit more “masculine” — larger hands, wider arms and shoulders, etc. There was a lot of tweeking before I was satisfied with her! She is still the prettiest girl in the club. ^_~
